FOUNDER
Youssef Gaboune is the founder of Humanizers (www.humanizers.org), a global movement which aims to humanize organizations. He is also the founder of the Council of Global Youth Organizations (www.cgyo.org), which brings together the leaders of the world's largest global communities of young leaders and social entrepreneurs. He was also the Head of Business Development at Al Jazeera Media Network. He has over 15 years international experience in organizational leadership development, and has designed and delivered research-based training programs to thousands leaders globally including in Canada, USA, Switzerland, Turkey, Morocco, Qatar, Lithuania, Indonesia and Malaysia. A graduate of Carnegie Mellon University and Oxford Leadership Academy, Youssef also holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Polytechnique Montreal, where he currently teaches creativity in scientific research. Youssef speaks Arabic, English, French and Spanish.
